LANDAU JEWELRY- NO REFUND ON BROKEN JEWELRY! PALM BEACH GARDENS Florida

I have been shopping at Landau Jewelers in The Gardens mall for at least the last 10 years. I have had only good experiences with the store managers, the employees and most importantly all of the jewelry I've purchased at Landau's in the past 10 years. I love this store!! I shop at Landau because of the quality of the jewelry, the price, the service and I know that if I'm ever unhappy with or if a piece of jewelry somehow does break, Landau has always replaced it for me or has offered other pieces for me to choose from.

I bought a beautiful faux diamond necklace about 6 or 7 years ago, and after so much wear, it bent a little bit. Laundau immediatly replaced it for me with a brand new one, no questions asked!!! Laundau has the best costume jewelry I've ever seen! All the pieces I've purchased from them have astonished both myself and my girlfriends-- they too cannot believe my "diamond" earrings, necklaces or bracelets are not real!!

Ladies, there is nothing like real diamonds but when you buy from Landau, you truly feel like your jewelry is the real thing, I promise!! I have some beautiful real stones and I love to mix and match my real with my "not so real" jewelry from Landau.

I can't imagine having a bad experience at this store, I can't speak for other Landau stores around the country but the Laundau at The Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens Florida is truly a pleasure to shop at!! I don't even need a receipt because as a recurring customer, I'm in their computer system so there is never any problems returning or exchanging at Landau. I'm sorry for this woman's trouble, I'm really shocked and this is why I was so compelled to write a rebuttal in Landau's defense, I've had nothing but a fabulous time shopping there!! I truly think you should give this store another chance, you're really missing out if you don't!!

I do have one complaint about Landau Jewelers.... I've sinced moved away from the Palm Beach area up to South Carolina and they do not have a store nearby me!! That is my one and only complaint!! Please Landau, open up a store in South Carolina, I have a whole pack of girlfriends who are ready to be new and happy customers!

Thanks Landau, you always make shopping a pleasure at your store and you give me a great reason to come visit Palm Beach!!
