In Janaury 2017 agreed via email to contract for bulding a Dickens Village Xmas Platform. I paid a depoist of $158 for project that should be done in 4 -6 weeks. It is now May 15, 2017 and no sign of any work being completed. Have been promised via email at least six times that will be sending pictures of project. None ever received.

Have asked for refund but only got responds will send picutres this weekend (which was two weeks ago and did not happen)
