 We cancelled our service verbally with the rep we had and they continued bill us. We cancelled again and they continued to bill us. We have managed to get $3000 of about $8,000 back, but they refuse to refund the rest. They said gave a variety of reasons, but it boiled down to that we could not prove it in writing. ***This was a for a listing that EXPIRED 5/31/17 and they continued to bill us up until just this month.
