Lantz Hobby Wholesale trains Order cancellation Internet

I placed a order 2 years ago for Lionel passenger cars which as of today still does not have a shipping date to the dealers from Lionel. I asked to cancel the order at this point and was told by the manager Becky that there would be a 15% rewstocking fee that would amount to over $60.00.

They have nothing to restock! never shipped and may never be. I was told that it is on there original order contract. I can understand if I was returning something. What a rip off,

I will never order from them again, and I have spent a size able amount with them over the past couple of years.
