Their coupon offered now on E-bay states Free shipping ,this is definitely false advertising,or bait-switch especially as they are referring only to their special $100.00 discount savings promo coupon,not FREE Shipping on any Pc's return ? They al know also that their coupons are really actually never shipped via USPS to the web buyer but simply e-mailed to them only as a coupon number. So where now is this free shipping as advertised?

Also I still cannot understand how all those parts were
ever needed on my fairly new Sony laptop Pc system,that was recently just out of warranty? Upon arrival ,I was
promptly told that I needed almost every major power
component in my PC for around $300.00 ,then after
retiurn applying their savings coupon the repair costs dropped down to only $20.00 off to $279.00,not $200.00 as you would suspect after applying returmtheir supposedly $100.00 discount savings coupon ,which I bid on and won,paid for then in advance.Now what wonderful savings this offer was ? NOT.

I was finally told after calling,inquiring into my laptop, after waiting over a whole month that my Pc was still in queue for repair that now my system iwas now totally unrepairable and that they could replace my motherboard for me now for around $700.00, I bet they could, me too NOT ?

I see exactly what they did, probably are now still doing. They give out to you the most expensive, worst repair price quote scenario upon arrival mainly on certain expensive Pc's received in for repairs. Then later on if,when the customer decides to repair,or not they're left at this company's mercy as they now can charge you for any part in the Pc including your very own vital repair parts that you never needed replacement, or even removed. These very same good parts
that are claimed earlier as being faulty or damaged can now be charged as replaced at full retail cost using the company's pricing guide rate. Everything is documented to you via their repair status web page.

Now if ,when you do refuse to repair they now have the option of removing any, all good parts that stated to you earlier was damaged ,or do simply make you an offer to buy especially if it's been labled as an unrepairable unstable system ,They then make you an offer to for pennies on the dollar at $29.95 max. Incredible expensive free parts ,nearly cost free expensive Pc's , to be sold ,or used later in future sales , or repairs . What a great hustle?,who are they kidding my Sony Laptop Pc system was practically new with orig. stickers still on it even ,just out of warranty ,cost me way over $1000 bucks! Also never been dropped or near any liquids ,just had no power?

So when I refused to repair , They only then offered to send me back my laptop Pc, less all my good parts ,now a shell of a once very good repairable Sony Pc system.
And now more broken than ever?

I can not be sure even that my laptop can ever be repaired properly without replacing with a whole new
motherboard, just as they suggested to me for around $700.00 NOT!.

I can be sure though that they will be hearing more of this complaint soon from their ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE now serving Cincinnati,OH. District areas...

To confirm everything here again is documented , but just to make matters worse I ended up paying a $50.00 service fee for what ,I really don't even know now As my Pc was finally returned back to me unrepaired plus the added $ 29.95 shipping cost ,even though I had also applied their special $100.00 discount saving coupon ?
