This computer told me the problem with my laptop, then they tried to fix it for a bunch of money and then made me pay for it while telling me I needed a new battery. Well, the computer didn't need a battery ven though I bought one and then the computer still didn't work. I later found from a different computer repairman that the company had broken the motherboard while attempting to install an integrated DC Jack. They didn't tell me though and just let me pay the money. I disputed with my credit card company but for now some reason my CC company says that they cannot persue it any further since I did not reply to a letter that I never received?
