In late March (3/31/08) I sent my Sony VGN A250 laptop to Laptop Ready Company for repair. It was arranged by Laptopready to have my computer picked up by FedEx. After a few days I received an email to inform me that the mother board needed to be replaced. I consented a total of $398.00 to have it repair. They clam to have it done within 23 to 30 business days. Like other victims, I waited and waited. I would call first thing in the morning and I got the machine. I emailed and emailed. They returned the first email and said they were waitin g 'the part'. After that no response ever since. I feel so hopless and hurt and stupid. They people are just pure evil! I have all my family pictures in that computer. Please help!
