If you are a customer or a potential customer, let me first apologize that you even need to be reading this. We are a small business and we always stand behind what we sell. Since you are here I invite you to read our response to these false reports.
There are several posting like this that appeared over a 3-month period of time in 2009. I do not know who made these postings; however, I have long suspected that a competitor who eventually went out of business wrote these to boost their own business. There were never any facts or circumstances anything like what they write about. These postings are complete fiction. If you would like to review our record with the Better Business Bureau, you can search for us by name BBB or try this link below.

I imagine that RipOffReport provides a service to those who have experienced a bad business transaction, by providing a venue for customers to vent their frustration. However, RipOffReport does not require any proof or documentation that a transaction even occurred. As a result, this policy allows their web site to be abused by anyone with an ax to grind, including competitors, disgruntled employees, etc.
It is not surprising that RipOffReport would devote such a large section of their web site explaining why the first amendment prevents them from being sued (see link below). Since these postings were written we have received dozens of calls and emails asking about them. The financial losses to our business just from the customers we are aware of has been significant, not to mention the potential customers that read these and never bother to contact us.

RipOffReport boasts of their consumer advocacy, but our observations would tell a different story. Unlike the Better Business Bureau, RipOffReport does not require documentation that a transaction even occurred with the companies being reported about. Moreover, the first notification we received about these postings was not from RipOffReport, but rather from a company offering reputation repair services for $5,000. We continue to get regular email and faxes offering similar services. I cannot say that RipOffReport is associated with these companies, but it does seem awfully coincidental. However, I can say that RipOffReport did offer us arbitration services for a fee of $2,000 per complaint.
Let me conclude by again apologizing that you have been exposed to these reports. I have been hesitant to even respond to them because I feel like a hostage. I felt that responding to them only increases their legitimacy thereby causing even greater harm to our business. However, today when I learned that they would arbitrate these reports for $2,000 per report, I decided I would at least provide my point of view.
Warm regards,
Richard, President
