I had a similar experience as reported about the head gasket case.  I used his services before and was able to do all the work, payed once completed no problems and all work was great. I used him for about 7 years for small jobs.

Then my daughters 2001 Jeep Cherokee went out and she ask me to contact larry for help. He came over and saw that the engine rod was bad at the bottom end of the engine. Larry stated that it would be best to change the engine. I agreed since he is never been wrong before. I gave him the money from the savings of my daughter and two weeks latter he called to say the engine arrived and would be coming by any day now to get started. This was back in August last year. December arrived and the calls stop coming and no response to my calls.  I went to his home in *** **** *** He came out with a 9mm straped to the waist.  He told me that he had been in the Hospital due to hip replacement failure from June surgery.  I belived him since he was limping the year before and I told him to come by the house and that I would help to work on the engine.  He came the next Saturday and disconected several parts in the engine and has never been back since First week of January 2016.

I been to his house at *** **** *** several times and left several messages at the door since he is never there.

I received a call from someone that lives there and she tellme that he moved once again and no longer lives there.

So now I am looking for him again and want my money back or at least the place he order the engine so I can get it my self.

Any help with where he is would be greatly appreciated.  I can still reason with him if he returns my money or provides the engine.
