March 29, 2018,I purchased 3 TV Bandits and 1 amplifier. I returned the products because they did not work. They refunded $74.85 for the TV Bandits on 4/23/2018. They has yet to refund $43.25 for the amplifier. After four calls to Customer Service 1-866-995-7188 they still can't see why I have not received the refund. They continually repeat that they are submitting the request to upper management and they will follow up with a phone call. I have never received a call and they continue to make excuses for the non-refund. When I first called a gentlemen requested that I keep the Bandits and they would refund me 50% of my purchase and also suggested that I could give them to someone who might be able to use them.
