On Jan 20, 2012 Earth Auto Shippers was hired by Larson Porsche-Audi to ship a 2002 Porsche from Dallas, TX to Fife, WA per sales person Dion at this dealership. The invoice quote for this shipment is $1400. This Porsche was loaded by our contracted driver on 1/24/2012 and delivered 1/30/2012 and signed for clear of damages on 1/30/2012.
48 hrs after delivery Dion called to communicate a scratch on the driver mirror. At such time we asked for an estimate but also communicated that this scratch was not documented at delivery. He refused to pay his invoice. 2 weeks later we requested again to be provided an estimate to work toward a resolution. Now on 2/27 we tried to contact Larsons finance office and General Mgr to get this outstanding invoice paid and Dion called back and again refused to pay this. We are out of options and need to get this resolved. invoice total $1400 Auto Shipping Performed and driver paid.

This report was filed in error and was not accurate. Larson Auto Group is a great company and had nothing to do with this shipment. AGAIN FILED IN ERROR. This posting needs to be removed.

Payment has been received and this report was filed in error against the Robert Larson Auto Group instead of the true liable party. This has since been successfully resolved with the help of the Larson Auto Group. Any Negative Feedback on this site against the Larson Group was my mistake and EAS fully retracts 100%.

On 2/28/2012 payment arrangements have been made with said company. The Larson Group and EAS have come to a resolution to get this outstanding invoice paid. The Larson Auto Group is an outstanding company and helped me get this done.
