Who owns Larue Escrow: Their form of business is to overwhelm you with paperwork that constantly changes. Cathy Ryan will decieve you, pretend she is the broker acting for the seller or the buyer. READ YOUR PAPERWORK CAREFULLY. Do not let her pick the escrow company. LaRue is just as deceiptive.
Short Sale Specialist? Read the Dept of Real Estate guidlines for a sales person ability to perform negotiations. And decide for yourself. Scam artists that what they are. SHAME ON YOU REGUS AND MCCOY. With these type of employees, says a lot about who you are. SAVE YOURSELF! FIND REPUTABLE REPRESENTATION. THESE ARE NOT THE PEOPLE!
