Worked here for a couple of months and it was the most horrible and miserable experience of my life. The owners are clueless sexist pigs. They talk down on their employees and make them feel worthless. If you are a woman with a big chest or back side they will stare and make inappropriate comments. They do not value their employees at all. For Christmas, no bonus was given and was told by the Controller they do not give any bonuses to the women in the office at all, only the men. That means every six months they do performance reviews on ALL employees but only the men are eligible for a bonus. One of the owners is an emotional wreck and is always in a bad mood. You never know what to expect. It's like walking on egg shells. Then there's the Controller. She is a lying, manipulative witch. She talks bad about everyone there behind their backs and tries to turn people against each other. She is super negative and does a lot of shady things. I never received any real training or guidance the entire time I worked there. The Controller would say she would train me on stuff and never did. Instead we spent hours sitting together and she would verbally bash the entire staff and then that was it. No training. She is a big time gossiper and trouble maker. She made my time there a living hell. I don't know how anyone could work for this company or with her. If you don't mind working for miserable, sexist morons then this is the place for you.

The individual who has posted this report is a disgruntled employee.

She is also a suspect in an active criminal investigation for both Las Vegas Demolition and individuals who are actively employed with the company for stalking, harassment and death threats received via text and phone calls. 

The context in her report is completely inaccurate.  There are upwards of 20 women whom have worked for these owners who can attest to not only receiving bonuses twice a year at Las Vegas Demolition but they also were treated with respect and professionalism.  The owners also provide ALL office staff generous giftcards for a local grocery store before the Thanksgiving holiday to cover the food costs for their celebration among many other tokens of their appreciation throughout the year.

The current women employed have also received bonuses and equal pay.  In speaking with the controller, she never made the statement "they do not give any bonuses to the women in the office at all".  When this disgruntled employee inquired about Christmas bonuses, she was advised the owners treat the office employees to a holiday luncheon at a well known and respected high end restaraunt and that the current policy provides individuals are offered the compensation they seek at hiring that fits within the role they have applied for and their experience.  She was further advised if the Owners decide to provide bonuses during either the semi-annual or annual review (which is a 1 on 1 review with the owners and the 6 office staff), it is at their discretion to do so and they do so based solely on the individual employees performance and length of time with the company, regardless of race, gender etc.  

The facts are, this disgruntled employee that created this post was in Las Vegas Demolition's employ for 2 months.  She was offered an opportunity for a second chance to demonstrate her claimed knowledge and professionalism despite a poor reference from one of her former employers whom is a respected and well known business in Las Vegas, Nevada. 

During her short time in Las Vegas Demolition's employ, she was given several verbal warnings about her tardiness, absenteeism, personal phone usage, phone calls, texts and in-person gossiping to coworkers whom asked her repeatedly to stop and reported the constant work interuptions to the owners daily, Inability to complete her work, making false reports to management and the owners regarding field and other office staff, creating a completely uncomfortable and hostile work environment for all of Las Vegas Demolition's staff both in the office and the field which caused a few to be absent to avoid her, having a negative impact on the companies operations. 

She was provided more than ample training and educated on the basic functions she claimed in her resume/interview to have knowledge of and experience wtih but proved to not have either and was advised repeatedly to document her training (take notes) at which time she did and all her notes are in Las Vegas Demolition's possession. 

She was also trained with another recently hired employee whom still works for the company, is a female, has stated she is extremely comfortable with the company owners and staff including the controller.  She also witnessed and was present during all instances of training with this disgruntled former employee and was one of the staff members directly harassed by this former employee via phone calls at the office and texts to her personal cell phone, including receiving a specific text message with racial slurs directed at this employees African American fiance. 

Upon learning of her upcoming termination (by means of ease dropping on a private managers meeting), this employee quit.  Even at this, the Owners and Controller of Las Vegas Demolition offered their sincere well wishes for her future endeavors, respectfully rejected her offer to stay on for 2 weeks and immediately paid her through the end of that current week and sent her on her way.  The text and phone harassment seemed to stop until recently and now includes attempts to publicy defame Las Vegas Demolition, it's owners and staff members.
