Very friendly but unrealiable. Will overcharge and convince you of a discounted price. Quoted 3k and required 50% up front. Im glad I did not pay. Started working on repairing a sliding glass but the job was not complete and it costed me a tenant to not move in. Very difficult to get a hold of after partial work is started. Do not hire
