i pre paid for a package deal with laser bella of 700 dollars for 4 laser hair removal treatments. my fourth procedure was scheduled for 9/22/11, i received a confirmation email on 9/20/11 with my appointment date and time.

 i arrived more than 10 minutes early for my appointments which is on the third floor of a building. the entire building was locked. i called the main line of laser bella, entered ext 1 as is appropriate, got hold music for over 5 minutes before hanging up and calling again at which point i got a voicemail almost immediately where i left a message explaining this and requesting a call back. the attached building employees let me in through their building so i could get up to the suite, thinking maybe she didn't know the front door was locked. i arrived at the 3rd floor suite less than a minute after my scheduled time and the door was locked and blacked-out. i then called two seperate times that monday and got hold music for 10 minutes before hanging up.

I sent an email that night and have got no reply. i went to their site today and it is "temporarily under construction." i just called again and had hold music for 26 minutes. tomorrow will be one week. there seems to be no way to get in contact with these people and get my money back and no explanation of how they could be so unprofessional. very upset!!!
