 Summer van order and christian van order came to my home on christmas day and purchased a yorkie puppy from a dear friend of mine.her female usually has a litter of puppies around Christmas time.this puppy was healthy at the time of pick up. 1 day 1/2 later summer texts me and says that the puppy is sick and that she was going to take her to the vet.she then started cursing at me and told me that we sold her a sick puppy,and she said she was going to report us to a radio station and put up negative reviews about us all over the internet.she did not let me put one single word in nor did she give me a chance to get additonal details of why the puppy fell sick.she hung up the phone on me.i then text her and told her to please bring me the puppy back and i would give her a full refund.she declined she said she was not going to bring the puppy back to my home because my home had fleas.mind you she was at my home a total of 10 minutes standing in my living room.she then stated she wanted to keep the puppy and get a full refund back reguardless.summer continued to threaten me through text my daughter and i were terrified as my husband was out of town visiting family for the Holidays,and we felt threatened for our lives she seemed a bit disoriented.we did not know what to expect.two days later on December 27th their was a knock at my door it was summers husband Christian Van Order he said i want my Refund back now and i am not leaving your home until i get my money,(he said the puppy passed away today)he came to my home with no paper work showing that the puppy passed away,he then stated he printed off flyers with negative and threatening information about me and that he would sit in my driveway and give out these flyers to everyone that came to my home.i then stated to Christian that i have no problem giving him a refund,but he would need to quit threatening me and he would have to take down all negative comments,or review,posts, etc.that he had put on the internet about me for no reason at all.he agreed, so he then wrote in a statement on paper that he would remove all negative comments,and reviews.and he signed it on December 27th.well let me tell you till this day i still have ran acrossed many bad reviews he and summer have put up about me on the internet and he has not kept his word.which is why i am very upset and frustrated.i am just thinking of getting my Attorney involved.to anyone that may know these people please becareful they are cruel,and mean.

My wife and I are the proud new owners of the most beautiful Teacup Pomeranian we've ever come across.  He's healthy, happy, and full of love.   After buying the little teacup puppy from the Brena's, we feel it's the best decision we could have made. 

We found an add for Butterscotch on eBay classifieds, and emailed the Brena's a list of questions and request for videos and pictures.  They were very responsive through the whole process, and gave us everything we needed to move forward with the purchase.  They also allowed us to pay using our credit card and even accommodated some of the cost of the credit card fee.  
 
On top of that, they were very patient with us during the transaction.  They went above and beyond to please us.  They answered every call, even at 6 in the morning, and never once rushed us into buying.  As first time online purchasers, we were very wary of the online scams and puppy horror stories.  At times, we were a little too cautious, but they bent over backwards to please us.  They even went to the vet twice, at our request!  First, Sandy and Jackie had the vet inspect the puppy for health.  Second, they had the vet microchip the puppy for us.  She even took a picture of Butterscotch at the veterinarian office to assure us of his whereabouts.  That was the moment my wife and I went from anxious to genuinely excited.  We knew we were moments away from getting the puppy we always wanted. 
 
Now that he's in our home, the pictures we saw don't even do him justice.  He is the most beautiful pup we've ever seen.  Our entire local veterinarian office melted when we brought him in.   All 5 of the vet assistants took turns holding him and taking pictures of him.  This little stud is going to change the mood of every room he goes in.  On top of that, his records show that he is a healthy pup.  Even after our purchase, we've been in contact with the Brena's, and they've been very good about answering any questions we have, which we appreciate.  
 
We couldn't thank Jackie and Sandy enough for giving us the puppy of our dreams and going above and beyond in customer service.  They made the entire process so much easier for us, despite our skepticism with adopting a puppy online, and despite coming across the previous review on this site.  We strongly believe there are always two sides to a story, and that it's extremely important for a consumer to be educated enough not to jump to conclusions, based on what others may write.  Based on our experience with the Brena's, they were very honest, open, attentive, informative, and helpful. 
 
Ultimately, they were wonderful to work with!  We are so grateful we were able to work with the Brena's, and would definitely use them again!  DEFINITELY!!

Actually, if you read correctly you would have seen that she died from a bacteria that was given to her 7-10 days before I even bought her. I have the vet report. Harassment? No.  This is actually called slander that you are doing on this message board. You brought in my business which has nothing to do with this situation. As a "business owner" you should really read a book or two. Harassment is your continuance of this on the internet using my business.   For Example.... Say someone in your close family owned another business in or around Tarrant county and I made a rip off report about them when it has nothing to do with that particular business.  Yeah.... that would be harassment and slander all rolled up into one. So let's stick to the facts here.... You sold a sick puppy and I didn't let you get away with it. Buyers remorse? Are you serious? And your "contract" you keep talking about is really just hilarious. I never saw or signed a "contract".... Can you tell me where I can find this "contract"?  You said it was on your website but luxuryteacups" doesn't actually exist and when you can show me my signature on a legal document then we can start talking contract. And that awesome little peice of paper my husband "signed", well read it carefully.  I know you're having trouble doing this so let me help you out. My husband never posted anything about you on the internet..... I DID! And I never agreed to take down anything for the meir fact you don't need to be selling anymore sick animals. So that peice of paper is nothing but trash. While you are trying to argue FACTS and making yourself more known you should really be trying to repair your reputation by lowering your profile and spending your extra time cleaning the areas your animals live in and start making a plan to have healthy bouncy puppies to sell if your still going to be in the puppy mil business. This little rip off report isn't helping you and it's definitely not hurting me. So if you want to keep going I'll keep typing out fact after fact and you can continue to argue them as much as you want. Up to you. But if you have any sense I would use just my name and not my business because that will get ya if you really want to start talking attorneys. In all honesty Sandra you just need to take responsibility because that looks a lot better than excuse after excuse. This is something you really can't argue. :-/ It's all there on the table and you can dance circles around it all you want.  Im not the only person out there saying this about you and your business. If you really thought you were right where did your Facebook page go and your website?  Why do those suddenly not exist anymore and why did the humaine society of Arlington find you under other business names and websites that don't exist anymore either. If you want to continue this little conversation I would highly consider taking my business name off of here and I give you All the permission in the world to use just my name. However if you keep slandering my career/business that's not involved and you don't take this slanderous rip off report down then I will handle this through someone more specialized.  Obviously I dont bluff so figure out where you want to go with this.

 if you are reading this summer your husband specifically told me to my face at my home that you and your husband would quit bothering my family and i ,i told him i would give him a refund on the condition that you would leave me alone,this situation has turned into harassment,so if i were you i would leave me and my family alone!our asking price for this puppy was for 1200 you low balled us to 900 and i told you the lowest would be 950.00 i think this boils down to buyers remorse!!our contract states that we only issue a replacement puppy if the puppy was found to have a life threatening genetic defect,this was not the case.we do not cover cociddia,nor any other types of bacterial infections that could have been picked up in your home!i should of followed my gut instinct when i recieved a bad vibe about your attitude in pursuance of purchasing that sweet puppy.if anyone has questions of the health of this sweet pup they may contact me and i will address this with nancy,she has been raising these sweet babies or 25 years and this is the first time this has ever happened..

Number 1. Look up Sandra Arriaga and "luxury teacup" puppies and let me know what kind of feed back you get. Her website is luxuryteacups.com. Oh wait she deleted it...... That's right. 

She did get one thing right.... The poor puppy I purchased from her on Christmas Eve died 48 hours later. Howewver what she didn't seem to explain was that my husband had every peice of paperwork from the vet and all the bacteria, worms, and flea bite reports for her to see including the Euthanasia bill. The puppy had cocciidiodis which incubated 7-10 days prior to symptoms as the vet explained to me. I was at the emergency vet ON Christmas Day with this poor animal not even 6 hours after giving her to my two children. And not even 24 hours after purchasing her.  I wasn't going to bring that poor puppy back to her house. 

Another thing mrs. Sandra failed to mention was that when he was there trying to get a refund another lady was there wanting to purchase a puppy and the puppy threw up all over her and Sandra. Can we say coincidence? That lady kindly gave my husband a statement in writing after they both left Along with her contact information. 

Heres what the humaine society sent me as well: Her website,luxuryteacups.com was not working today.  After some research, I did find some ads on ebay classifieds,puppyfind.com and domesticsale.com.  The address also produced other websites and kennel names.  She has gone by Sandy’s Tea Cups and Teddy Bear Pomeranians, but that website was also unavailable.  She sometimes goes by Sandra Brena as well.  There were complaints on Ripoff Report and Facebook. 

 

As far far as my business goes.... It goes without having to explain I run a good company and have many many loyal and respectable clients. Why my business is even brought up here I'm not sure (maybe it's all she had to try and make herself look better???). What I can tell you is that I can not stand poor customer service. Sandra.... I'm speaking to you.... If you would've done the right thing from the get go you wouldn't have this problem. 

One more thing.... You felt your life was  in "danger" ? Give me a break. Cursing? Give me another break? 

And lastly.... If you are going to threaten attorneya bring it on. I Would love to get these vet bills taken care of. :)

At the end of the day.... I feel horrible for those poor poor animals.
