Dear To Whom It May Concern: Readers: On May 1, 2015 this company "Latin America ATM Service, LLC’ and Mr. Jeffrey Fernandez, owner had sign our Mutual Business Agreement (MBA) with our investment firm and partners. On July 28, 2015, Mr. Jeffrey Fernandez decided that he wanted to invest and create a company called 'Capital Investment Partners Network, Inc’., and wanted us to become partners with him owning twenty-five percent (25%) shares and we would have the other seven-five percent (75%) shares in the company. And Mr. Jeffrey Fernandez had agreed to invest twenty-five thousand USD ($25,000.00) into this new company. Our new business model and functions would be carried out to start building up our company portfolio with commercial income producing properties to purchase nationwide. Mr. Jeffrey Fernandez had agreed to negotiate with all the owners/agents to purchase their commercial properties and to bring them to the board of directors / members for to have all parties to review and before we decide to purchase them accordingly to our business partnership agreement. On December 16, 2017, Mr. Jeffrey Fernandez, the owner of "Latin America ATM Service, LLC” and "Partner” of "Capital Investment Partners Network, Inc.” He had unprofessionally blindsided our investment firm and partners by filing a false report about our investment firm on the Ripoff Report website. Mr. Jeffrey Fernandez knows that this report statement filed against our investment firm is false and he also knows that filing a false report statement will leave our investment firm with no other recourse but to file a civil complaint / lawsuit against him and his company in which we don’t want to do and that we hope that he decides to do the right thing by withdrawing his reported statement or correct it immediately. Our investment firm thinks there’s always a much better way in handling business situations like this, and we will give all parties a call to discuss and try settling our differences. If you have any questions 'from the Rip-off Company’ concerning our written statement herein, please don’t hesitate to give our office a call. Thank you! CC: The Investment Group, Inc. Board of Directors Legal Team File Sincerely, Larry Higgins President/CEO The Investment Group, Inc. 133 West Market Street #215 Indianapolis, IN 46204 Bus: 317-615-8232 Fax: 317-570-2737 Email: tigcorp@sbcglobal.net
