Lauren Herrera created a website LaurenHerrera.com, an online forum, podcasts and very expensive coaching program for self-love and assorted new age philosophies. Her material is derivative, unoriginal platitudes from books, free sources and other websites such as Growth-U and the over-commercialized Law of Attraction. Lauren collects mindset hacks from religion, spirituality, physics, and psychology to help any woman make the ambiguous "mindset change." Nothing new here. You can learn the same stuff by doing your own work. Her fitness and nutrition information is outdated, she follows whatever the latest diet trend is, without regard to science or nutrition, she is not a Registered Dietician or Fitness Trainer.

Again, her advice is nothing you can't get from reading or the internet. She is not an objective coach, she is not able to offer coaching specific to your issues, she can only "preach" (teaching, analyzing or coaching is beyond her ability or training) what she has learned from her own experiences, which may be inappropriate for you, or completely useless insight relative to your own issues. She charges a $65/30 mins and $125/hour, and $4k and $12k for online, mega programs with unproven and untested value. This is outrageous! She is (((REDACTED))) and is completely unqualified to be coaching and consulting with others on any subjects that she actively suffers from. Please don't make yourself a victim by overpaying for false gurus and overpriced, untrained and ineffective coaches, they only contribute the misery of others who need true, valuable assistance.
