Lava Leads, owner Tim Tate. and Live Contact Leads, owner Michael Bendett mislead, bated, withheld, denied, refused, overcharged, underperformed, inflated, wasted, poorly, abandoned, untrained, misinformed, liar, cheater, neglected, frustration, irritation, smug Mirimar Florida

I too have had a bad experience with Michael Bendett & Live Contact Leads. A good 50% of the transfers that I received were a hang up before I even had a chance to connect.  But I still got charged for the "phantom transfers".  In addition,  on many occasions the sytem would not work.  Always a different excuse from Michael and never an apology.  Worse  was that in most cases he didn't return my calls or emails till the next day.  Again, more wasted time.  A very frustrating experiance. 

I will never use them again, and will never recommend them to anyone.

After researching multiple live lead companies, I decided to go with LAVA LEADS, located in Mirimar, FL.

I initially spoke with Tim Tate.  Tim said he was not the owner and just one of 15 agents.  He said he had a very successful track record working with PERS companies (which is what I was looking for).  He promised fantastic results.  I later learned that Tim Tate owns Lava Leads is the only agent.  Rinky dink outfit to say the least.

During the set up process, we were neglected.  I requested a summary of what to expect and was left out in the cold.  I was simply told we are processing you, and it will take 2 to 3 days.

I told Lava Leads that I wanted to make specific demograghic targets for our campaign.  They never asked any questions or gavce us the opportunity to submit specifics.  They simply plugged in the same demo's they used previously with another PERS company.

Once we turned on our campaign, the calls started to trickle in in about ten minutes.  Tim had promised that 30 to 40 percent of the inbound calls would be interested prospects.  Our results never came close to approaching those numbers.  170 of the transfered customers either hung up or were irrate and insisting to be removed form our call list.  many said they had been called robotically with the same message as many as 5 times during the previous few days.  The 30 or so transferred that were remotely interested did not have the ability to pay and lived in poverty.

In a return email from Lava Leads tech support that responded to my complaints, they said we should expect these types of results with this type of marketing and we had to sort through the bad calls to get to the good ones.  We requested they replaced the bad transfers and they flattly denied our request.  They did adjust our account and furnished an additional 40 or so transfered which got the same poor results.

In a subsequent email. customer support eventually responded to an email I had written expressing my utter dissatisfaction.  The response came from another company called Live Contact Leads in Coral Springs FL.  When I asked who they were, they told me they were a subcontractor for Lava Leads and handled all their processing and tech support.  Michael Bendett was the agent and I learned he is the owner of Live Contact Leads and they are another shady outfit making unrealistic promises and who do not deliver.

Tim at Lava Leads promised personal customer service not subcontracted tech support.  He made multiple claims that were untrue and misled our company to believe we would get great results.  We did not.  We were never afforded the opportunity to customize our campaign.  When the phones rang, the calls came in bunches and overlapped being dropped into voicemail and lost.  I was promised the calls would be postponed when we were on the phone.  Instead we waited for ten minutes between calls.

I would not recommend Lava Leads or LIve Contact Leads to my worst enemy.  We got zero return on our investment and we wasted valuable time and money.  Buyer Beware!
