Lavish Skin Care I ordered a free sample, and was charged $89.00 on my credit card for "additional shipments" Santa Anna CA

I ordered a free sample with a charge for $4.95 shipping. Next thing I knew, I was charged $89.00 for additional shipments I had not ordered or authorized. I called to send the product back (unopened) and asked for a credit. They refused. I was charged 2 additional months, and every time I called, customer service could not help me, give me a credit, or accept a return shipment of upopened, unwanted, unordered, product.
