Fraudulent report, not an actual Client

AUTHOR: FBarilla - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, January 12, 2012

First I would like to state some facts. My firm did not have a Client retain us for any service in August of 2011 named Jon r, or any variation of the name Jon, nor did we have one in the month prior or after. Second, we do not do loan modifications. We are a litigation and bankruptcy firm and we do some criminal, family and immigration law work. Third our phone number and contact information is published in numerous areas including the CA State Bars website and my website as well as listed on the retainer that any legitimate Client would have possession of.

We believe that this posting without any proper contact information and with verified false information is an attempt by a disgruntled ex employee who now works for another firm to falsely make allegations while hiding behind an anonymous posting in an effort to slander our good name. This post was not posted by an actual Client. This post along with a subsequent fraudulent post was made shortly after a disgruntled worker left the firm.

All of our retainers are clear; we make no guarantees or warrant any specific results EVER.
While we have many satisfied Clients, not every Client ends up with the exact results they may hope for. These are legal cases and each is unique with many variables. This is specifically why we never guarantee any specific results. We make this fact perfectly clear and even have our Clients sign that they agree to this fact prior to accepting their case. Every Client does know that we
worked very hard for them and made every legal effort in attempting to resolve their legal concerns. I stand by my 29 year track record of many satisfied Clients and only take on cases where we believe we can help the Client.

In closing it is a sad day when anyone can anonymously attempt to discredit other businesses or individuals on the internet and not even have to disclose their true full name or even their IP address. Where is the accountability of the person who posts these fraudulent claims? What if they arent true? What recourse is there for the falsely accused? The damage that these false posts cause can be severe not only for businesses but for the many families that rely upon those
businesses for their income.

And by the way, I just did some searching on the internet. A forensic expert from National Geographic states that Bigfoot is real, there were over one hundred fifty thousand documented UFO sightings in the last 60 years and one site has proof that Elvis is still alive Look it up yourself, it must be true, it is right there on the internet.
