So if you are looking to hire an “expert” attorney in bankruptcy, a specialist, like Baruch Cohen claims to be,

and you’re googling bankruptcy experts, things are probably not going great in your life, but that doesn’t

 mean you’re a bad person or a criminal.  You need to hire an attorney to help your situation. 

BUT DPON’T HIRE BARUCH COHEN, HERE’S WHY.

He claims to be an “expert bankruptcy attorney”.  He won’t do anything.  Then he will blame you, just like he’s

blaming me now in that rebuttal post.  That could be you in six months or a year from now if you hire this guy.

So he’s speaking about me, he says “Author is unsuccessful and disgruntled lawyer and that not eligible to

practice law.” 

Not true.

 Like most of his facts, he is incorrect because he speaks without knowing what he’s talking about -

 I’m not only practicing, I’m very popular with my clients and have recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars

for them.  NO THANKS TO BARUCH COHEN! 

Here’s the State Bar website showing my license is ACTIVE. That means I can practice law in California.

He says that the State bar and the US Depart of Justice and Trustee prosecuted me.  Yes.  THAT’S WHY I HIRED

 HIM!  TO HELP ME!

He claims to be an expert in bankruptcy, a specialist.  A SUPER LAWYER.  But he did NOTHING!  He didn’t

 even know what to do.  I had to tell him.  Look at the emails below. I told him what to do because

I worked in court before and I knew this judge.  Read his emails with  me.  The case has been going on for

15 months at this point.

 He says “Should listen to the client!”  That’s me.  I had to not only pay him, but TELL HIM WHAT TO DO.

And the U.S. Trustee testified, that this problem had come up at least 2 times a year for the last twenty years.  That’s 40 times.  But BARUCH COHEN had never heard of it.  He did not know what to do.

The U.S. Attorney testified at the State Bar that all we had to do was explain and say it was a mistake.  I must have emailed this attorney BARUCH COHEN a hundred times TELLING HIM THAT

Of course, all things he’s saying against me now is what he was hired to prevent from happening. THAT’S WHY I HIRED

HIM!  Bur rather than do something and work the case, he just sat back did nothing. He just did

whatever the opposing lawyers  wanted.  No fight in this guy.  He let it drag on for a year and a half until the judge

was sick of the case, and I’m the one who told him what to do because he was to stupid and lazy to figure it out,

and I knew that judge because I had worked  for him. 

He even sent an email to me – see attached – saying he should listen to the client == because I’m the

 one who told him what to do.  BUT HE’S SUPPOSED TO BE THE “BANKRUPTCY EXPERT”.  THAT’S WHAT HE’S GETTING

PAID FOR!

Here’s the email from him telling me I was right when I TOLD HIM WHAT TO DO!

(OPC = OPPOSING COUNSEL, meaning the lawyer against us.)

Well, I thought you could bring it up in front of the judge and give him an easy out because he obviously wants to get

 rid of the case and that way he can work the opc for you, right?

Proper protocol is to offer it to opc first.

then have the court approve it.   

(See he doesn’t want to go against the opc, the enemy, opposing attorney, but I know this

judge is tired of this case and we can get him on our side)

SO SEE IT WAS ME WHO FINALLY FIGURED OUT WHAT TO DO.  DID HE EVER DO ANYTHING ON THIS CASE??

 NO.  HE DID NOT RESEARCH IT.  HE DID NO DISCOVERY.  HE DID NOT SUBPOENAS.  HE DID NO DEPOSITIONS.

 HE DID NOTHING.  HE DID NOT EVEN ATTEND ALL THE HEARINGS.    SAID HE WAS SICK.

 HE DID IT ON THE PHONE.  GREAT!  YEAH, THAT’S A GREAT WAY TO SPEAK TO OPC AND RESOLVING THE

CASE, TO BE ON THE PHONE WITH THE JUDGE INSTEAD STANDING IN  THE ROOM LIKE THE OPC WAS.

THIS GUY IS BAD, BAD, BAD NEWS.

But the main reason, listen to what he says about a client.  A person like me who

 comes to him with a problem who needs help.  Does he help me?  No.  Does even know

 how?  No.   Read his email.  I told him what to do. 

After 15 months because he had not done anything.  We finally settle it and it still takes 2

More months to wrap it up.

NOW LISTEN HOW HE SPEAKS ABOUT ME, THE GUY, HE WAS SUPPOSED TO HELP. THAT’S

WHY I HIRED HIM.  BECAUSE HE WAS AN EXPERT.  AND HE COULD HELP.

SOME EXPERT!  SOME SPECIALIST.  THIS IS WHAT HE PUTS ON HIS EMAIL.  ISN’T TRUE,

THOUGH, BECAUSE THAT COULD BE YOU NEXT

  You go to him with a problem, HE WILL MAKE IT WORSE AND THEN

 BLAME YOU!

But if he will say all these negative things against  me, that just more proof.  That just shows

how he really thinks about his clients and why he never made any progress on the case. 

“ARE YOU REALLY THINKING ALL THESE NEGATIVE THINGS ABOUT YOUR CLIENTS, BARUCH?” 

He tells everybody else what he’s supposed to keep confidential, stuff about his client.

So he won’t fight against the lawyers on the other side.  But he’ll fight with his own client.

 So there’s plenty of other “bankruptcy experts”, “bankruptcy specialists, right? 

DON’T HIRE HIM.  YOU’LL REGRET IT!  I DO!

He has been disciplined by the State Bar of California, has been suspended (twice), and is not presently eligible to practice law.

He's been charged by the State Bar with 6 counts of misconduct: 2 counts of seeking to mislead a judge, 4 counts of moral turpitude, dishonesty or corruption which resulted in his suspension. 

He's also been prosecuted by the US Department of Justice, Office of the United States Trustee, for lying and perjuring himself in his bankruptcy (he's filed multiple bankruptcies). 

He has absolutely zero credibility, and his negative post is categorically false.
