On Feb 2010 i went to Law Offices of David M. Schalachter to get my bankruptcy chapter 7 done, since that day i just problem, always in vacation , 8 months later we went court , but court reject paperwork because was incomplete, never follow guideline by court , is seen a nightmare for me hiring this guy, one even him admit that hi is good a bankruptcy, this guy is terrible dishonest person, I been ask for refund , and just keep telling me that is working in my case as we speak today 6-26, 2011 . His should be banned for promoted services that he cant provide just taking citizen money.So Passaic neighborhood be alert for this person is really a SCAM..

Since u r loyaty client for that firm , now i wondering and call my attention that how the firm is leaking information to the public about former clients. And since you are aware of the whole case , I will like to ask you :What Free Services i request from this guy.?LAst time I remember i paid in full and never get back any type of compesantion for the bad representation.

I have been a client of Law Offices of David M. Schlachter, LLC for many years.
I know personally about the above complaint as i know the person who filed it. Not only was the work done but the chapter 7 was filed properly and full discharge was granted. That client just tried to scam the Law Office and use this as a way to get services for free.
I have no complaints about the Law Office. Yes, sometimes Mr. Schlachter is busy but the job always gets done right! I know that he has more close to a thousand happy clients.
