I ordered a sample bottle and a 30 day supply of "Pain Absolve-RX" from a company in Van Nuys, CA.  These items were delivered for the agreed upon price which was charged to my credit card.

Two weeks later they charged my credit card with items that I did not order and I never received any additional supplies or "Pain Absolve-RX" tablets.

The Bottles of Tables say that they are: Distributed by Pain Absolve-RX, 15805 Stagg Street, Van Nuys,CA. 91406.
