We regret that the complainant did not contact us before posting on this site.  Lazarus Labs is committed to helping people; we have a well trained and dedicated staff willing to work with each individual who contacts us.  Unfortunately, this person did not give us the opportunity.

Our website, www.lazaruslabs.com does not state that Phentramin-d provides the same results as prescription Phentermine.  The site does state that we have an excellent line of safe and effective pharmaceutical grade non-prescription products designed to mimic the effects of certain prescription medications.  We do not sell or advertise any prescription medications such as Phentermine, which is a controlled substance and illegal to order without a valid doctor's prescription.

Before any Lazarus order can be completed, the customer must mark a check box on the order page verifying they have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the Sale, which clearly state that we cannot guarantee results, that the customer acknowleges they are ordering a non-prescription product, and that no refunds will be issued once the product as left the shipping dock.  The customer agreed to these conditions when the order was placed. 

This statement does not mean we do not stand behind our products.  Lazarus Labs has been in business over ten years, we have an A+ Better Business Bureau rating and product quality products that have helped hundreds of thousands of people achieve their weight loss goals.  However, results may vary from individual to individual with both prescription and non-prescription items.
