Lazboy advertisement misrepresented financing options Farmingdale New York

Advertisment in Newsday on Friday, Sept 1, 2006 for Labor Day sale read "No Interest Payments, No Finance Charges, No Finance Payments until 2009". When I went to purchase a reclining chair, I was told that this financing was only available on certain, more expensive furniture and not the chair I wanted to purchase.

After getting aggrevated, I went back to look at the advertisement and saw there was a disclaimer; however, the print was so small I literally had to use a magnifying glass to read it.
