Lazo Construction Rueben Lazo,Robert Nixon Defrauding a School Teacher of her dream home, and smooth talking construction men laughing all way to the bank Oklahoma City Oklahoma

Lazo Construction, owned by Reuben Lazo and foreman Robert Nixon, signed a contract Sept.30,2104 and said it would be 4 weeks to complete a remodel. There were 3 walk throughs with Robert and Reuben explaining and clarifying the details and the the contract was signed. From the beginning these men did not follow contract on the shower design, placement of a wall, tile installation was wash board at best, and they let water leak from upstairs to the down stairs ceiling. They promised gutters on the house and only replaced one, cut carpet to short at doorway, put down the wrong granite and we had to go get the correct granite which still had our name on it and pay to have it installed up and down stairs. They lost ceiling fans that were suppose to be put back up, but they lost some of the parts so we bought a new one for them to install.  They are now saying they have no more money to complete the job, I do not feel it is my place to have to pay for what they contracted to do, I also feel that since it was 2 women dealing with them they felt they could cut some corners and we did not allow that, So they have defrauded us out of thousands of dollars.
