purchased lazyboy outdoor furniture set through sears in june,2016, bji is customer service for this purchace given claim #681415 for part that was damaged.

contacted customerservice@bji.com three times, told part is on order, months later and still haven't received part, would have returned product but box was trashed before I finished putting together
