charlie christopher and linda k. miller are con artists.they know nothing about construction,or flooring.they lie to general contractors,and cheat the working man.I've been in the flooring industry for 29 years,and I've never dealt with people like this.they owe me money,and won't pay me.they will write checks that bounce,then stop payment on them.
