It has bean a whole month now I am trying to get someone to answer why Tucson City Court issued citation with LDC on the Letterhead of the citation. I do not have any idea why would court cite me for $284.41. There is no way to contact anyone at LDC to explain the nature of the whole matter, because no phone or e-mail or fax is provided, and they use P.O. Box.

It sounds like it may be something like a Red Light Camera violation, Parking Citation, Toll evasion, or other type of infraction. Many cities are using outside collection agencies to collect on these type of fines. I am not saying that this is legitimate or not, but if it is legitimate you need to take this seriously because if it is something like this, they may also have the right to turn it over to the DMV and suspend either your license and/or vehicle registration until paid.
Is there a Citation Number on the letter you can call the court directly to find out what it is?
