I made an appointment with Le Jardin Day Spa for an Express Facial which on the website states that it is a 45 minute facial for $65.00. When I received my facial it was only for 30 minutes and charged me $75.00. I looked at the pamplet they had sitting out on the counter after I paid for my facial and noticed that the prices are higher and the minutes are less than what is listed on their website. This is false advertisement. If I would have known the facial was 30 min. for $75.00 I would have went elsewhere and gotten something worth my money instead I made an appt. thinking it was $65.00 for 45 minutes b/c that is what their website states.

Dana came in for our Express Facial Treatment which is advertised as lasting approximately 45 minutes and the cost is $65.00. During the treatment Dana added some extra exfoliation's which are advertised as an additional $10.00. These are the services Dana had rendered and was charged for accordingly.
Le Jardin has been in business for six years and services on average about 15,000 appointments per year with very few complaints from guests. Most of our guest repeatedly return to our facility for both the service they receive as well as the cost. Everyone of our staff always tries to make each guest feel special by giving the guest the entire experience of the treatment(s) that they are scheduled for.
