My name is David, I am owner/creator of US Home Work Force which has ben in business since early 2012, and has ZERO reports against us on this website at the time of my filing this report against Lead Capture Page System.

Since early 2012, US Home Work Force has paid thousands upon thousands of dollars for software and hosting services with Lead Capture Page System, and has been one of Lead Capture Page systems oldest and most loyal clients.
This week US Home Work Force has canceled its services with Lead Capture Page System, and has moved its website and business elsewhere. This report explains why...
US Home Work Force feels that Lead Capture Page System has failed to honor its responsibilities to deliver a functional software and support for said products and hosting services. Furthermore, US Home Work Force feels that Lead Capture Page system has used unethical billing practices, and should be ashamed of themselves.
A few days ago Lead Capture Page System chose to leave US Home Work Force in a state that is completely broken, and unusable, and has suspended all efforts to repair the LCPS software until no less than $500 in support credits are purchased.
In addition to this Lead Capture Page System has sent me an invoice for $141.22 asking me to pay for hosting services, for a software that they left completely broken, and unusable to me.
So here are the main issues, why I have chosen to cancel all business with Lead Capture Page System. I pay $1694.64 annually for the software and dedicated hosting with LCPS - which on my last days of service with LCPS was completely broken and unusable. I did not break this software. Rather there was a failure and total disruption in services for over 3 days all of which was completely at fault on their end – (for clarity sake) none of which I caused in any way.
Lead Capture Page System expects me to pay them $641.22 to continue their hosting services and have them repair the software. US Home Work Force feels that it is LCPS responsibility to repair the software, especially since it was a failure on their end which caused the damages to our website and software in the first place.
A second reason why US Home Work Force has canceled services with Lead Capture Page System, is we have been refused access to the file manager and sFTP. Here at US Home Work Force, as long as we were on LCPS servers, we were not allowed to make changes to our own website. For example, we currently have a custom video and sales chart on the create.php page, which no longer matches the memberships we are selling. That video and chart needs to be updated, However LCPS refused to give me access to change that video and chart.
It is my website, I paid for it, I built it with my own two hands. I have spent both thousands of hours in labor and thousands of dollars out of my own pocket to build and maintain it. Why should LCPS have the right to refuse me access to manage my own website? I feel they have over-stepped their authority, and wrongfully denied me access.
In conclusion:
So, for these reasons I am canceling all services with Lead Capture Page System.
1. LCPS has wrongfully charged me to fix software that is in fact their responsibility to repair at their expense.
2. LCPS has denied me access to manage my own website, which I have paid thousands of dollars and thousands of man hours to build.
I feel that these points of contention are irreconcilable as I am NOT willing to pay for LCPS for broken software and I am NOT willing to pay LCPS to fix it, and I am NOT willing to pay LCPS for dedicated hosting for my website in which LCPS has totally DENIED me access to manage my own website.

LCPS is an unethical company whose current business model is broken.
I have purchased multiple LCPS and during that time frame, their company sold & they switched to a pay per user model. That means that they tried to enforce that model for all existing clients who just paid a one time fee. They then tried to force the new agreement even though everyone was happy with their original agreement.
SO....
They didn't honor their original agreement. They switched to a new pricing structure and tried to force their past clients into this new agreement. That doesn't sit well with anyone. I think it's borderline fraud what they are doing because.

When in reality - they should be upgrading the old clients who have been with them from the beginning. They need to continue with their support credits for any custom work (upgrading is not a custom work) & (having a working solution is not a custom work).
