These people offered a 3-day trial for $2.99 and so I signed up. I received the 1st thousand leads but most of them were invalid e-mail addresses. Then on the 2nd day, I got the same 1000 leads. They were supposed to give a frsh 1000 leads per day. I submiited a support request ticket to cancel and get a refund because they charged me $19.95 instead of the $2.99 and gave me bad leads!!! They didn't respond so I looked again today (the 3rd day) and of course the same 1000 leads again. I am extremely upset and I want my money refunded. I am going to file charges for fraud if they do not refund me. They are scam artists so beware. I also submitted another ticket today and surprise surprise no answer!!! I am so pissed off because they mislead people and now they stole my money!!!

And I had to send in four different tickets before I got a response from you people!!! So STOP really.

Your business practice is based on lies!!

My advice to people, find somewhere else to get your leads!

Unless you want to get ripped off and lied to also!

Even it what you're saying about the refund is true, why are you not explaining why you charged me $19.95 instead of the $2.99 that was agreed upon. And stop with the lie that the leads were updated...I HAD THE SAME LEADS ALL THREE DAYS!!!!

I am not going to go back and forth with this customer but we stand by our original remarks regarding the update of the leads AND the refund.  The customer's first support ticket regarding this issue was submitted at 7:37 PM EST on 5/28.  The support ticket was responded to and the refund was issued on 5/29 at 1:56 PM EST.  That is approximately 18 hours, NOT days.

We did all that is possible to make it right for this customer.

First of all the leads were the same leads. I checked more than once!!! And they didn;t charge me the $2.99, they charged me $19.95 and the only reason they refunded me was because I threatened to expose them multiple times in multiple days as the fraudulent company that they are. If they charged me correctly, updated their ads (as they say they did but they're LYING) and refunded me when I asked then I would never have filed a report here. People don't just make this stuff up!! There would've been no reason for me to even find somewhere to lodge a complaint. So glad I am done with these lying frauds. My advice to anywone steer clear of them.

We are not sure why this customer was having a problem with the leads.  They are updated daily at midnight EST and were updated properly on the dates in question.  Please see below our response to this customer's support ticket.  Note that the customer's original ticket was submitted on 5/28 at 7:37 PM EST and we responded the following day 5/29 at 1:56 PM EST.  Well within the 24 hour timeframe for support.  The customer's membership was cancelled on 5/29 per her request, the authorization was cancelled and her $2.99 was refunded.

Hello,

The leads are updated daily at midnight EST. We have checked the logs and they have been updated correctly the last 3 days so I don't know what you are referring to unless you logged in before the update or are in a time zone where the update had not occurred yet.

The $19.95 charge is an authorization which our system automatically runs when you join. If you cancel during the trial it will fall off of your account or appear back as a credit depending upon your bank.

Regardless, your account has been cancelled and we have cancelled the authorization as well.
