Repeatedly, I have received charges from this company that I have not agreed to. Repeated calls to company for refunds are nearly monthly since Oct of 2010. Somehow they always find it in my contract that I "agreed" to the charges, with exesssive complaining and wasted time, I usually get a partial refund.

Today I got an extra $30 taken out of my account. I am a bit tight on cash at the moment, and as a added bonus of the generous fees, the bank decided to also add a $35 fee to my account as a "surprise bonus"

The bank fees alone have paid for the cancellation fees from this h**l-created company.
