Leafbuyer Technologies Inc (LBUY) Leaf Buyer Promised links on network of cannabis sites for our site, created spammy web 2.0 links. Unresponsive Communication Colorado

I paid for 4-5 high value high authority links per month on specific cannabis related sites, as this company claimed to have a "network" of sites. $4500 upfront was paid for a 3 month term, I felt comfortable with this as the first time I hired them for 2 links they delivered.

This time, they're web team seemed clueless as to what to do. They started creating sub domain pages on places like tumblr and throwing up garbage content around the links. Placing a few links one each sub domain they assumed this was fufilling their responsibility.

This isn't what I paid for and it's something a monkey can do in 5 minutes. Employee's would not respond to emails and management didn't until I filed a chargeback.  Still they refused to refund me.
