I was filling out a survey, in order to recieved the points, you had to pick-out three offers, thats when I saw leanlife PM offer for a 7-day "FREE TRIAL".

I signed up, got my 7-day supply. Canceled any further product.
Instead of losing weight, I "GAINED" weight. Next thing I knew, I got a 3-month supply in the mail.

Got checking acct statement, they withdrew $99.90 from it. I did not authorize this withdraw. Have NO phone # or web address to contact them. Thought about returning product to address, but I'm afraid they'll still rip-me off, some how.
