LeanLife4u.com / WU-YI Tea $19.95 is being deducted from my bank account monthly & I have ordered Wi-YU tea in the past. Nevada

I am being charge $19.95 a month from my checking account and I am not recieving anything for this that I know about .
When I first noticed these charges I looked up www.leanLife 4u and could only find complaints and no web site. I called the number listed on my bank statement to no avail.
When I was charged again in January I looked on line again and found your site. I was going to change my checking account, but I do not want to if I don't have to. How can I stop the charges.
I have ordered WU-YI tea in the past if there is a connection.
