Leanrx.net ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing Henderson Nevada

I received my credit card billing statement and noted a charge for 74.95 posted on 1/9/07 with a tranaction date of 1/5/07 from LEANRX.NET in Henderson, Nevada. I did not purchase anything from this company and have never heard of them before. Their website is bogus and they want you to give them your credit card number when you call the phone number listed which is automated. I called my credit card company and reported the fraudulent charge. They cancelled my card.
