Leath Furniture Warranty Deception. Unfulfilled Warranty, Warranty False Claims West Lafayette Indiana

I purchased over $2000 worth of furniture on 07/05/06 that included a 5 year warranty. I have read several places that right at that time leath was sold to an investing firm. It was determined that Leath Would be closed. On the warranty there was special that if not used, after the 5 years part of the warranty payments would be given back as store credit.

HOWEVER Now that they're out of business that's impossible. It has been suggested that this was a scam as this was thought up shortly before leath was sold to the firm. I believe it, sad as it is.

I also know I have contacted the company as instructed and recieved no money back on my original payments for the 5 year warranty. That's theft. They stole my money! They will not repair my furniture nor return my money. Not even a pro-rated %. This is not fair. Leath should be ashamed of how badly they have treated their loyal customers.
