I received in July 2008 the same nasty letter from "AJ", word-for-word, as the gentleman from NJ when I asked to cancel my account.

The ranting text called me obscene names, and suggested I was a pedophile he was going to report to a Federal agency.

Apparently this is a form letter he flashes to any potential customer with whom he is displeased. If he does it to you, don't take it personally, and if he does it enough, maybe Class Action would be good idea.
