I ordered some items from this company on 12/30/2013. Imedeatly they said there was trouble because of some backordered items. I finnally recieved my order minus the backorderd items on 01/15/2014. By the way I was charged for the backordered items. I have tried to call this company and all I get is "Your call is important to us and we will be with you as soon as a representative is available". I have sent 3 emails about this issue also with no answer. I guess i am only out 20 dollars but that is not the point. This place has the worst customer service ever.
