*REBUTTAL Owner of company: Larry Is Trying To Rip Me Off. Please Read.
I took a 1996 Dodge van in to Izzy Anaya's Lee Myles to get a fuel pump replaced. They replaced the water pump instead. After I got the van back the fuel line fell off and there is a loud metalic sound coming from the engine. They want several hundred dollars to fix the problem they created.
I have called Lee Myles corporate office but they don't care. I have talked to several other people in the community and they all have had problems with Lee Myles engine wreakers.

Ripoff Report should provide some notification of reports. This report is 2 years old and I've never knew about it or was I provided an opportunity to respond. Only because I was surfing the web I found this site.
Larry brought his van to my shop and a number of things were done, he was notified of all the recommendations told prices and he ok'd all the work.
His van broke down about a week later after it had been at the shop and we found out at that time the fuel pump had gone out. Larry demanded that I pay for his fuel pump because he had just paid me to tune-up his car and to replace the timing belt and fuel pump. I initally offered a discount because he was so upset, he told me I would have to pay for it all or he would sue me. We had not touched his fuel pump, yet he demanded I replace his with a new one, free of charge.
Larry wrote the BBB they ruled in my favor, he hired a lawyer who wrote me one letter. After I responded to his lawyer I never heard from him again. Larry also tried stopping the credit card payment, once again ruled in my favor, he wrote the Attorney Generals Office, once again every agency that has listen to this guy cannot understand what in the world is his problem. I have the paper work showing the work that was done and prices that were paid. The repair order signed by Larry. The work order does not include a fuel pump nor did he ever request one. I would be happy to show anyone what he had requested and what was done.
