 After our c ruise was canceled they refuse to give back the money that was collected from us for half the payment that was sent to them by check. They had to have the money right now and then when its time to give it back they come up with more excuses then any one I have known.

 Call your local police and file a report. If they are holding your money without giving a good reason why, then get the cops involved. Then if they pull more BS, get a lawyer. Sueing them may be the only way to collect your funds.
