I received a call from this company stating I am being sued for defaulting on payday loans, I have a loan I am paying on but not in default. I could hardly understand him, he had a foreign accent and said something about needing my lawyers name. I do not have one, i don't know what is going on, he called me at work and basically threatened me and said I am going to court. I hung up, I was at work and now I am afraid.

it sounds to me that the person calling you is a camel rider. He is trying to scam you out of your money. Do not give him any imformation such as bank account#s creditcard # ect. If he calls again tell him you put a curse on him they strongly believe in this
