Legal Services of ACS Jeff Morgan , Jack Morgan HE said that i was going to jail if I did not pay off a loan that I had taken out. He yelled nad sai that he was going to come get me and throw me in jail.He will not give me a name of the company tha Internet

I have been getting phone calls from a Jeff or Jack Morgan. He has a very heavy Indian or Nigerian accent. He claims that there was a fraud complaint filed against my social security. And if I did not call him back he would throw me in jail. He had all my information, SS#, work number and address. I told him I did not own anyone for a payday loan.I asked him to send me something in writting,and who I was supposed to have borrowed the money from. I asked him where he was located and he said it was none of my business. I got taken a year or so ago for over $700.00. I wont be taken again. He started yelling and telling me that he was going to come and get me and throw me in jail.

Actually, I did say I would put a hex on him and his family...That seemed to work...I was scared and upset, but I started to get brave. These people even treated my boss badly...To me, it caused many months of stress, anxiety and being upset every hour I was at work. I am glad they have left me alone for now. Same thing happened to me. Scary situation. I was getting calls all day long at my work. I was told I would get arrested if I did not pay something. This man would give me different names when he called. He would not give me name of company or address for me to contact.
Ugly man.

Next time he calls have some fun with him. Offer him a ham sandwich, tell him you know it's a BS fraud, tell him the next time he calls you'll put a hex on him. Get a police whistle or air horn and blow his ear drums out! He's in India(more than likely) and can't have you arrested no matter what he says.
