legalbuds.com sent me some legal buds but were so moist an wet couldn't even smoke it. Internet, New Jersey

I bought a combo pack of bud's from legal buds.com an the service was great on time delivery.But when i opened the pack's it was so wet a moist can't even smoke it even when you try to dry it out alittle it wont burn then it goes back to soft an wet after a few minutes.90 dolars down the drain it all smell good looks like some stuff i tried before but all the others you could burn in anything this stuff they sent was sprayed with something it's like having hinoey all over yur bud's cant smoke that now can we?So if i can get a answer on how the H**L! i can dry it to smke it would be thankful.Daniel
