I ordered the "Porta-Book". It is labeled as Aluminum, but is plastic and will not support my Laptop. The free gift was not included.

The 1-800 number that I called to order is fully voice automated and you cannot talk to an Operator or any live person, so there is no way to register a complaint.

I am going to try and go through a Federal Consumer Protection Agency with this situation. They are selling and shipping goods in the US Market and should be subject to certain Federal regulations, taxes, etc. This operation and the product being sold is definitely fraudulent and should be shutdown immediately!
