Went in for a service for vehicle to get the A/C unit fixed and rear hatch door fixed. Initially claimed it would cost us $850 and then said they missed something and now it would cost us $1300 and finally said that it would be $1737.12 and at that price everything would be fixed and in order. We asked if they would guarantee that at that price everything would be fixed and they guy said "yes".
When vehicle was picked up, A/C unit is not fixed and is in the same condition as when the vehicle was taken in for service, when we went to ask to get the a/c unit properly fixed, they claimed it would cost us an additional $1200 to properly fix the a/c unit. This is preposterous and ridiculous! When told them they guaranteed us it would be fixed the first time, they say they never said such thing.
