These people are running some type of scam on tenants. 4 months after moving in they told me lease want be renewed. They harrased me the whole year. Did not want me to have company, lights out by 10pm, no running water or flushing toilet after 1030pm. Would not give deposit back made of a list of trumped up charges. This was a total bad experience with a landlord from hell. The place is outdated and had a really bad plumbing problem. They are scamming any tenant who rents from them. There no privacy. You freeze in the winter and burned up in summer. You will share same vents. She controls the system.
