These people are very kind until they take your money. Then they run you around and treat you like dirt. The secretary is horrible and will not put calls through to loan officers if you need any help or customer service.
These people are slime and will stop at nothing to con you. Do not proceed with a loan with them. They will sell your loan to another company and blow you off. A word to the wise shop around they bait and switch you and leave you broke.

Noting; that you have experienced discomfort during a mortgage transaction.. not all transactions in the mortgage industry go as planned. Perhaps your situation didn't fair well as you claim. However, this company has been around since 1990 and is well known for its association in the commercial market as well as residential. The company is still active where other companies in this business have closed their doors and ceased to continue any operations at all.
You situations has been reported to all the mortgage companies around the country meaning.. you are not the only one yet the only one to complain to this particular company where other companies have thousands of disgruntled borrowers daily. Especially now with all the foreclosures....
So you have a bad experience with a particular loan officer in a company. It happens all the time.. but really isn't a direct reflection to the company. This company would not be still in business if they were all the things you have mentioned here in the complaint.
If you don't like them.. then just don't go back. Generalizing one particular company based on one experience by one loan officer who probably doesn't work there anymore is simply unfair. - I hope your transactions are better in the future. - Response by 10 + years in the business both Residential Retail and Wholesale lending.
